Kristina Moniz

Clinic Coordinator / Office Manager

Introducing Kristina Moniz, our Clinic Coordinator/Office Manager at York Hearing Clinic. Armed with diplomas in Medical Administration and Human Resource Management from Seneca College (2013-2015), Kristina has been a stalwart in various medical administration and management roles since 2015. Originally from Sharon, Ontario, Kristina’s commitment to excellence and her extensive educational background make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Kristina’s journey into the world of hearing care was driven by her diverse experience in medical settings, ranging from specialists’ offices and walk-in clinics to family practices and physical rehabilitation centers. The opportunity to contribute to the improvement of a client’s day-to-day quality of life piqued her interest, and she eagerly embraced the chance to learn and grow in this unique field of care.

In her role as Clinic Coordinator/Office Manager, Kristina wears many hats. From managing schedules and communicating with insurance companies, WSIB, and the Assistive Devices Program (Government) to handling office billings, day-to-day clerical duties, and overseeing product orders (shipping and receiving), Kristina plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our clinic.

What Kristina loves most about her work is the sense of community among the staff and clientele. She values the camaraderie of the team and expresses deep appreciation for Mike, our exceptional boss, whose understanding and respect create a positive and supportive work environment.

Outside the office, Kristina embraces the outdoors, spending quality time at the cottage whenever possible. Whether coaching soccer, enjoying trail walks with her dog, or relishing cozy nights in with family and friends, Kristina finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her dedication to both her professional and personal life reflects her passion for making a positive impact in all that she does.
