Jamie Savage

Clinic Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Meet Jamie Savage, our Clinic Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at York Hearing Clinic. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and office management, Jamie brings a wealth of expertise to our team. A proud graduate of Carleton North High School in Carleton County, New Brunswick, Jamie’s roots run deep in the community where she was born and raised.

Jamie’s journey into the world of hearing care was fueled by a lifelong passion for the medical field, inspired by family members who worked as personal support workers, owned senior residences, and fostered vulnerable individuals. Caring for others is second nature to Jamie, and this genuine compassion is reflected in her day-to-day responsibilities.

As the first point of contact, Jamie assists clients and the community in accessing services, providing crucial administrative support for our audiologists. Her role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, preparing orders for fittings, and overseeing office and clinic supplies. Jamie also handles shipping and receiving, couriers, and mail, ensuring the seamless operation of our clinic.

What Jamie loves most about her work is the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Helping patients access a better quality of life is a rewarding experience, and Jamie takes pride in creating a unique and special bond with each individual. Beyond the clinical setting, Jamie enjoys hearing the life stories of her patients, recognizing that each person has a tale worth sharing.

Outside of the office, Jamie is a devoted mom to three children (and two cats). Her busy life involves playing games, binge-watching TV shows, and indulging her passion for sports. A culinary enthusiast, Jamie loves baking and trying new recipes. When the sun is shining, you’ll find her outdoors, either hiking or engaging in water-related activities. For Jamie, the ultimate joy is spending time with family and friends, creating cherished memories together.
